Clear Choice Home Improvements Home Makeover Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion. A 90-minute sales presentation is requested but not required for entry into our contest. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC will award one (1) grand prize at the end of the prize period. The prize period runs from January 1st, 2025 through December 31st, 2025 of the same year. The grand prize winner will be randomly selected from all entries received during the prize period. The winner announcement shall occur on or about February 1st, 2026 the following year. The odds of winning the grand prize are determined by the number of entries received during the prize period. Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, extend, or terminate this promotion without notice at any time. The grand prize winner will be notified by certified mail within 15 days of the drawing. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate grand prize winner. The grand prize winner shall receive their selection of Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC custom-made windows, siding, roofing, gutters, gutter guards or tub shower replacement professionally installed with a total maximum retail value of $10,000.00, as determined by Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC based on its then-current price list. The grand prize is not transferable. Maximum retail value includes cost of installation. The grand prize must be installed at the address listed on the winning entry form. Installation must be provided by Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC personnel or designee. All expenses not specifically provided for are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Official Rules, if the grand prize winner has already purchased goods or services from Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC, the grand prize winner may choose (i) the grand prize; or (ii) double the money back from their original purchase, up to $10,000 in cash. Entrants may enter this promotion by completing the entry form and returning it to the drop box where the entrant obtained it, or by mailing it back to Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC at 8025 S. Willow St, Suite 107 Manchester NH 03103. Alternatively, entrants may print their name and their complete address on a 3” x 5” card, write the words “Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY REQUEST” at the top, and mail the card to Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC at 8025 S. Willow St, Suite 107 Manchester NH 03103. Mailed entries must be postmarked by February 1, 2019. No more than one entry per household is allowed. Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC is not responsible for any illegible, misplaced, damaged or late entries. The address listed on each entry form must be the address where the grand prize is to be installed if such entry is selected as the grand prize winner. Entrants must (i) be legal residents of the United States; (ii) be 18 years of age or older, (iii) own their own home, which home is in a suitable condition (as determined by Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC or its designees) for installation of the grand prize (including compliance with local building codes and regulations), and (iv) reside in a geographic area in which Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC is permitted to install the grand prize at the grand prize winner's location. Employees, officers and directors of Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (and those living in their same households) are not eligible to participate in this promotion. The grand prize winner’s house must be in suitable condition for installation (e.g., no water, mold, structural damage, etc.). Any waterproofing, remediation or other repairs necessary for proper installation (as deemed by Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC or its designees in their sole discretion) must be performed at the grand prize winner’s expense prior to installation. Installation labor does not include painting or staining. No transfers, substitution in prizes or cash will be allowed except by Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole or absolute discretion. Upon installation of the grand prize, Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC will be deemed to have awarded the grand prize to the grand prize winner with the grand prize winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the grand prize. The grand prize winner must arrange for prize installation no later than one month following the award of the grand prize and installation must occur and be completed within twelve months of confirmed notification. The grand prize winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification correspondence, including the completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, and return such within fourteen days of the date on the prize notification correspondence as well as have met all of the eligibility requirements set forth within these Official Rules; otherwise grand prize will be forfeited and an alternate grand prize winner will be selected. Acceptance or use of the grand prize constitutes permission for Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC and its affiliates to use recipients name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Liability for any applicable taxes, including all federal, state, and local taxes and/or other fees that may apply to the grand prize are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service. All expenses not specifically provided for by Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC in these Rules are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner. Entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entry in good faith. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the winning home is titled. For winner's list, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope within 30 days following the prize period to Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC at 8025 S. Willow St, Suite 107 Manchester NH 03103 including a request for the winner’s names. To stop the mailing of future sweepstakes-related materials from Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC, please send a written request to 8025 S. Willow St, Suite 107 Manchester NH 03103. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC, its affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages that may arise out of participation in the promotion in any way or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of a prize. Acceptance of a prize may require entering a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by state law.
